How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are managed by the App Store. Open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions, and cancel there. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account? In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your data.
How do I change my goal, diet, or targets? Open Profile and tap any item to edit it - your plan and targets recalculate automatically.
