This Privacy Policy describes how SY Global LLC handles personal information in connection with the VITORY mobile application.
VITORY (the "App", "Service") is operated by SY Global LLC ("VITORY", "we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We are the "controller" (and, under US laws, the "business") responsible for your personal information. Contact: support@vitory.app.
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
This policy applies to personal information we process through the App and related services. It does not apply to third-party services we do not control (for example, Apple or Google sign-in systems), which are governed by their own privacy policies.
We practice data minimization: we collect only what is needed to provide and improve the Service. The categories below describe what we collect and why.

We do not collect data from Apple HealthKit or Google Fit. VITORY does not integrate with those systems; all health inputs come only from what you enter in the App.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. See Section 11.
We obtain information (a) directly from you when you sign up, complete onboarding, and use the App; (b) automatically as you use the App (usage, technical data); and (c) from third parties you authorize, such as Google or Apple when you use their sign-in.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under California and other US state laws). We disclose information only as follows:
Our recipe library and images are created by us in advance using AI tools (including services from Anthropic and OpenAI). Your personal information is not sent to those AI providers; they are used to build shared content, not to process your individual data.
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you delete your account, we permanently delete your account and associated personal data from our active systems, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax or accounting records) or for the establishment or defense of legal claims. Backups are purged on a rolling basis.
We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account inside the App. You can also view and edit your inputs in the App at any time.
Subject to conditions and exceptions, you have the right to: access; rectify; erase ("right to be forgotten"); restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email support@vitory.app. If we do not have an EU/UK establishment or representative where required, we will designate one before offering the App in those regions.
Residents of California and certain other states (e.g. Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah) may have the right to: know/access the personal information we collect; delete it; correct it; obtain a portable copy; and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" and of certain profiling. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising. Because we process health-related information, we treat it as sensitive personal information and use it only to provide the Service you request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To exercise your rights, email support@vitory.app; we will verify your request through your account email. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law.
VITORY is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and specifically not from children under 13 (as defined by the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact support@vitory.app and we will delete it.
VITORY calculates your targets and plans using deterministic formulas based on the inputs you provide. This automated personalization does not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. You control your inputs and can change or delete them at any time.
The App and this policy may reference third-party services (such as the app stores). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties; review their policies separately.
We do not track users across third-party websites or apps and therefore do not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the App or by email where appropriate. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
